Urine is the biggest cause of odours in male washrooms. There are several different ways to sanitise urinals so it is key to get the right product that we understand the volume of traffic, the hardness of the water and the flush cycle (how much water is being flushed down the urinals and how often).
In order for urinal sanitisers to work to is imperative that the water flow is restricted. This is counterintuitive but the bacteria in the sanitizer need time to digest the Uric acid and too much water just flushes the good guys away.
Also it is critical that bleaches or acids are not used to clean the urinals as these also kill the bacteria. A mild detergent is sufficient or we can supply a liquid impregnated with bacteria which is great for cleaning around the urinals and floor areas which tend to get their fair share of uric acid crystals too!
